2. Description of Service

OfficialNeduSms provides virtual phone numbers and OTP (one-time password) verification. You can rent temporary virtual numbers from supported countries to receive SMS and verification codes from apps and websites that require phone verification. The Service includes virtual number rental, SMS / OTP reception, multi-country number selection, transaction history and an optional API for developers.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Wallet, Pricing & Refunds

Our Service is offered on a pre-paid wallet basis. By funding your wallet you agree to:

• Pay listed prices for each virtual number rental and OTP receipt.
• Understand that successful OTP receipts are non-refundable.
• Receive an automatic refund when a number is cancelled before any SMS arrives.
• Accept that prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Verify accounts or receive OTPs for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, harassment or any form of abuse.
• Resell or redistribute virtual numbers or OTP data in violation of these terms.

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of virtual numbers and OTP verification complies with all applicable laws — including data protection (e.g. GDPR), telecommunications regulation and the terms of service of the apps or websites you verify on.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Number availability depends on upstream telecom providers and may vary by country and service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, code and content, is owned by OfficialNeduSms and protected by international intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or activity that we determine to be abusive, fraudulent or illegal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfficialNeduSms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
